Your guide to everything happening at the Sandringham Festival of Carriage Driving.
Training Camp 24-26 June
Join our 2 international competitors and UKCC coaches, Anna Grayston & Sara Howe for 1-2-1 training over 3 days.
Sessions can be on dressage , obstacle driving or cone practice and you can book for multiple sessions over the three days.
3 Day National Event 27-29 June
The National Carriage Driving Competition will be run from Friday to Sunday. We have a full complement of classes, ranging from Novice to Horse Teams.
We will also be hosting the 2025 National Championships for Advanced Horse Pairs.
2 Day Club Event 28-29 June
Windsor @ Sandringham.Windsor Park Equestrian Club is proud to host a 2 Day Club Event at Sandringham 2025. To ensure everyone can enjoy this wonderful venue and all it has to offer. Classes will be from Pre-Novice through to Multiples and Advanced singles.
WPEC and EACDG members have the benefit of discounted entry fees.
Gateway 26-29 June

Private Driving Classes 29 June
We are excited to host BDS affiliated classes at Sandringham. Classes include: Private Driving, Light Trade, Exercise, Young Dricer. Classes are qualifiers for the National Championships at Addington in September 2025
Hackney Horse Classes 28 June
We are thrilled to be hosting classes affiliated to the Hackney Horse Society. Hackneys are known for their high knee action, a native breed to the UK they are classified as a rare breed and are on the endangered priority list.
Pleasure Drive 29 June
Do you want to enjoy the scenic views of Sandringham Estate without the need to compete?
Enter our Pleasure Drive to experience the drive through the famous Sandringham House Lavender Fields down to the River, which was Prince Philips favourite drive around this part of the Estate.
Attelage D'Tradition 28-29 June
The competition is designed to promote the use of pre-1945 design traditional style carriages, both private and trade, and to reflect the skills and heritage of the driving of harness horses and ponies. The Event includes classes for singles, pairs, tandems, multiples and 4-in-hand in a traditionally built carriage.
The Presidents Meet Coaching Club 28 June
The 2025 Presidents Meet of the Coaching Club will be held on Saturday 28th June 2025. Come and watch the majestic sight of a coaching team as they drive around the Sandringham Estate.
British Scurry & Trials Driving 28-29 June
Experience the fast-paced excitement of the British Scurry and Trials Driving competition. Open to small ponies, pony pairs, singles, tandems, and teams navigate a course of cones, obstacles, and water features against the clock. This balance of speed and precision is an adrenaline-filled spectacle not to be missed. 2 sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
Horse Boarding UK 28-29 June
Each event is made up of four heats over two days. In each heat each team gets three attempts at the course, only their fastest time will count. Teams earn points at each event, the team with the most points at the end of the year wins. New teams welcome. 2 sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
