Your guide to everything happening at the Sandringham Festival of Carriage Driving.

Training Camp 23-25th June

Join our 2 international competitors and UKCC coaches, Anna Grayston & Sara Howe for 1-2-1 training over 1-3 days.

Sessions can be on dressage , obstacle driving or cones practice and you can book for multiple sessions over the three days.

3 Day National Event 26-28th June

The National Carriage Driving Competition will be run from Friday to Sunday. We have a full complement of classes, ranging from Novice to Horse Teams.

WPEC and EACDG members have the benefit of discounted entry fees.



2 Day Club Event 27-28th June

Windsor @ Sandringham. Windsor Park Equestrian Club is proud to host a 2 Day Club Event at Sandringham. To ensure everyone can enjoy this wonderful venue and all it has to offer. Classes will be from Pre-Novice through to Multiples and Advanced singles.

WPEC and EACDG members have the benefit of discounted entry fees.


Gateway Competition 28th June

The Gateway classes have been designed  as an introduction into competitive driving trials and to be fun for newcomers  and for more experienced, drivers. The event will be run over one day (Sunday 28th June).


The Challenge 27-28th June

Traditional Coaching Hand competitions celebrate the golden age of coaching, when elegantly appointed road coaches carried passengers across the countryside. Today's competitors preserve these traditions.

Judges evaluate the overall presentation including the condition and authenticity of the vehicle, the quality of the horses and their harness, the coachman's attire, and most importantly, the skill and style of driving.



Pleasure Drive 28th June

Do you want to enjoy the scenic views of Sandringham Estate without the need to compete?

Enter our Pleasure Drive to experience the drive through the famous Sandringham House Lavender Fields down to the River, which was Prince Philips favourite drive around this part of the Estate.

The Presidents Meet Coaching Club 27th June

The 2026 Presidents Meet of the Coaching Club will be held on Saturday 27th June 2026. Come and watch the majestic sight of a coaching team as they drive around the Sandringham Estate.

Scurry and Trials Driving 27-28th June

This fast-paced and exhilarating sport, established in 2012 has proudly showcased the sport at more than 100 events across the UK, promoting inclusivity and excitement for all ages and abilities. Over 200 different turnouts have taken part in competitions — from juniors to seasoned drivers in their 80s. Celebrating a diverse range of entries including miniature ponies, single ponies, pairs both small and large, tandems, teams, and even horses, making this sport as inclusive as it is thrilling.
